Solution
With the following configuration you can specify after how many failed admin Login Attempts a new Login Attempt will be blocked and for how Long:
config system global
set admin-lockout-threshold <1-10> # e.g., 3
set admin-lockout-duration <seconds> # e.g., 300 for 5 minutes, or 900 for 15 minutes
end
