Create automation email notify when AP is Down

Using Automation in FortiGate you can create many conditions which will implement a pre-defined action based on the trigger. 

One of the use cases is to create a trigger to notify the admin per Email when an AP is down. 

To accomplish this the following steps must be followed:  Create an automation stitch and give it a name  Action execution: Parallel 

Create a trigger and give it a name  Trigger type: FortiOS Event Log  Event: "Physical AP leave" or Event ID 43552 

The default Action Email Notification can be choosen  Under "Email Notification" the reciepent Email must be added 

As a last step the configured trigger and action should be added to the intended Automation stitch
